My Story

From Stockholm to Miami

I'm Camilla Flefil, a former student-athlete from Stockholm, Sweden, now working in the sports and content creation industries. My experience as a college basketball player gave me a strong foundation in teamwork, communication, and time management.

I'm passionate about content creation and thrive as a Social Media Specialist for Unrivaled League, the groundbreaking basketball league co-founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart. In the opening season, I grew the team's follower base by over 400% and increased reach by an incredible 2,256%.

My path started in my home club Polisen in Stockholm, where basketball was never just a sport. It was community. That love for the game and the people around it drove me to the United States, where I played college basketball while earning degrees in Business Administration and Sports Management, and ultimately a Master's in Sports Administration.

Today I channel that same passion into Basketball For Girls, an initiative I co-founded to give young girls a safe, inspiring place to play, grow, and belong, regardless of background or where in the world they are.
